I just signed up for the "Keep Moving" program from Tylenol, and will be sent a free pedometer and exercise DVD just for joining. I did have to answer a couple of survey questions, but it took 15 seconds to do. If one of your 2008 resolutions is to do more exercise and same money too, click this link for more information.
